Our goal is simple: help you become known as someone women trust when they're exploring surrogacy.
What Being an Ambassador Looks Like
As a Roots ambassador, you'll create opportunities for those conversations to happen naturally.
- Maybe you host a moms' night out.
- Invite a few friends to brunch.
- Invite some girls to get manis or pedis.
You choose how to spend your monthly budget.
However you choose to connect, your role is to help women understand what's possible—and introduce those who are interested to Roots.
What We Ask in Return
This is a partnership.
We're invested in helping you become an advocate for Roots, and we ask that you actively help us connect with more extraordinary women.
Our ambassadors are expected to connect with at least three prospective surrogates each month.
Who makes a great prospective surrogate? We're looking for women who generally:
- Are between the ages of 21–40
- Have given birth to and are raising at least one child
- Had a healthy, uncomplicated pregnancy and delivery
- Live a healthy, non-smoking lifestyle
- Feel called to help another family grow
- Are financially stable and emotionally ready for the journey
